Your goals, notes, milestones and progress remain on your device. CZASZA does not receive, collect or keep this in-app data on its servers. You can clear locally saved progress in the app's Settings.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to Cuisine Milestone Planner (the “Application”), operated by CZASZA SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”), based in Poland. It explains how information is handled when you use the Application.
The Application does not require an account or registration. The Service Provider does not collect, receive, track or remotely store your cooking goals, milestones, notes or activity history through normal use of the Application.
Information & local storage
Cooking goals, milestones, progress, notes, settings and activity information entered or generated in the Application are saved locally on your device so the Application can function and display your progress. This local storage is not a Service Provider database or cloud account.
The Application does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number or other personal details to use its core features. The Service Provider does not collect analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers or precise location data through the Application.
If your device uses internet connectivity for external services, normal network infrastructure may process temporary technical information such as IP addresses. This is not used by the Application to track you, and CZASZA does not retain app-user network data on its own servers.
Data Retention
CZASZA does not collect or retain app-user information on its servers. Accordingly, CZASZA has no remotely stored cooking goals, milestone records, recipe notes, usage history or user profiles to retain.
Information you create within the Application is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it through the Application's settings, clear the Application's local storage using your device's settings, or uninstall the Application (subject to your device's backup and restore features).
Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored cooking goals, milestones, notes and progress without contacting CZASZA. Use the Application's built-in reset function.
Open Settings
In Cuisine Milestone Planner, go to the Settings screen.
Reset local progress
Find Local data and select Reset local progress to erase locally stored goals and cooking records.
You may also uninstall the Application or clear its storage through your device's system settings. Deletion of on-device data can be affected by operating-system backups, if those are enabled; manage those separately through your device or backup provider.
Because the Service Provider does not hold this in-app information on its servers, there is no remote user account or cloud data record to request deletion of.
If you contact CZASZA separately by email and voluntarily provide personal information, you may request deletion of that correspondence or information by emailing [email protected], subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third parties
The Service Provider does not share in-app cooking goals, notes, progress or personal information with third parties because it does not receive that information through normal Application use.
Any separate services you use, such as the Google Play Store or your device's operating-system backup service, may process information under their own privacy policies. Those services are outside the Application's local data storage.
Your choices & rights
You can stop using the Application at any time and delete locally saved information as described above. If you enable reminders, the Application may ask for notification permission; reminders are scheduled locally and can be disabled in Settings or your device settings.
If you voluntarily provide personal information in a separate communication with CZASZA, you may contact the Service Provider about applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or other data-protection rights, including under the GDPR where applicable.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Application. If you believe a child has voluntarily provided information directly to CZASZA outside the Application, contact us so that we can review and address the request.
Security
Keeping cooking data on the device limits the need to transmit it to the Service Provider. You remain responsible for securing access to your device and any backups you choose to use. No technology can guarantee absolute security.
Data breach notification
Because the Service Provider does not hold Application goals or progress in a server-side database, these locally stored records are not exposed through a CZASZA app-data server. If a security incident affects personal information provided to CZASZA separately, the Service Provider will respond and provide notices as required by applicable law.
Changes & consent
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements or data practices. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. You may request information about previous versions by contacting the Service Provider.
Where processing of voluntarily provided information relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
